We currently have a small group of clients who have set themselves the challenge (did they offer or were they pushed!?) of competing in the Indoor Rowing Championships in Birmingham in November.

We also have 4 people entered for the Run for Life event in June which raises money for Cancer Research UK. link to CR (UK)
